RhythmicBall does not offer an unconditional voluntary money-back guarantee or general discretionary refunds on subscription purchases.
However, we recognize and respect your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy attempts to waive, exclude, or restrict any mandatory statutory legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Customers may have statutory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including statutory withdrawal rights in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other relevant jurisdictions).
2. Merchant of Record & Submitting Refund Requests
All sales, order processing, and billing transactions for RhythmicBall are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all payment processing and refunds are managed directly through Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's checkout terms.
If you have an eligible refund request under applicable statutory consumer laws or need assistance with a transaction, you can submit your request via either of the following methods:
- Paddle Buyer Support: Use the dedicated customer support or refund link provided in your Paddle email purchase receipt, or visit paddle.net to look up your order and submit a support/refund request directly to Paddle.
- RhythmicBall Support: Contact our team at support@rhythmicball.com with your account email address and your Paddle order or transaction ID. We will promptly assist in reviewing your request or guiding you through Paddle's buyer support channels.
When a refund is approved and issued by Paddle, the funds are automatically returned to your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time:
- How to Cancel: You can cancel anytime through your RhythmicBall account settings or using the subscription management link provided in your Paddle receipt emails.
- Future Renewals Stopped: Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and recurring charges according to the billing terms. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the already-paid current billing period.
- Continued Access: Your Pro tier access and benefits will remain active and fully accessible until the current paid billing cycle expires.
- Post-Period Transition: At the conclusion of your paid billing period, your account transitions to the Free tier. All your saved compositions and drafts remain safely preserved.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an unrecognized charge or billing issue, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@rhythmicball.com or via Paddle at paddle.net before opening a bank dispute or credit card chargeback.
We are committed to resolving billing misunderstandings swiftly and fairly. Initiating a bank chargeback without prior communication may lead to immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

Digital products and subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all RhythmicBall transactions. Paddle provides customer service assistance, billing support, global sales tax and VAT compliance, and handles refunds in compliance with applicable statutory regulations.
