2. Description of the Service
RhythmicBall is an interactive web-based music visualization and composition application. Features include interactive staff notation, physics-based bouncing ball animation, custom rhythm sequencing, real-time polyphonic audio synthesis, customizable visual themes, and video export rendering capabilities.
We offer both a free tier ("Free") and premium subscription tiers ("Pro") with additional features, higher resolution unwatermarked video export, extra visual themes, micro-duration rhythm tools, and unlimited cloud project storage.
3. Accounts and Security
You may use basic studio features as a guest. To save projects across devices or upgrade to Pro, you must create an account using valid authentication credentials (e.g., email or verified OAuth providers).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at support@rhythmicball.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share accounts or transfer accounts to any third party without our prior written consent.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record
Merchant of Record: Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle", Paddle.com). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, purchases, and subscriptions.
- Billing & Renewals: Pro subscriptions are offered on recurring monthly ($5.99/mo) and annual ($49.99/yr) billing plans. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
- Taxes: Paddle handles the calculation, collection, and remittance of all applicable value-added taxes (VAT), sales tax, and GST globally.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro privileges remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
- Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record and handles refund requests in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights and our policy.
